Programs

We at Clinton Parks & Recreation are very excited to announce that we will be taking over the role of extended-school day care from Clinton Public Schools at the start of the 2025-26 academic year. While this is an entirely separate program from the previous school-sponsored offering, we have been working closely with that program's leadership and staff to ensure a seamless transition for both families and students.

- PROGRAM OVERVIEW -
Our program, much like our existing playground programs is designed to provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for participants outside of the school-day.
Through our plan to provide students with homework support, activities, and supervised recreation, we aim to support both academic and social success.

- REGISTRATION & TUITION DETAILS -
Families may choose to enroll on a month-to-month basis or for the full school year in advance. Upon registration, one's first month tuition is required in full, and all future months are required to be paid in full no later than the last Monday of each month (Tuesday in the instance of a holiday), which will be detailed in each respective program notes. If a month's tuition is unpaid, a participant will not be permitted to attend the program and will need to be picked up from school directly following the school day.

- POLICY, PROCEDURE, & ON-GOING COMMUNICATION -
Families will be required to read and sign off on this program's handbook at the time of enrollment. This will detail all of the program's policy and guidelines to ensure that staff, students and families are all on the same page going into this transition.
