Olde Home Day's vendor festival will be held Saturday, September 11, 2026, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Free admission to the public.
**All Park Vendors will adhere to the Clinton Board of Health and Olde Home Day committee protocols/guidelines. Failure to do so you will be asked to leave the event and forfeit your booth fee.
BOOTH INFORMATION:
-The configuration of Central Park will be similar to past years with vendors along the inner sidewalk.
-Booth spaces are 10 x 10.
-All vendors will be assigned approximately one week before the event.
-We are unable to honor requests for specific locations.
FEE INFORMATION:
Fees are as follows:
-Clinton non-profit $25.00
-Vendor/Artisan $50.00
-Business $200.00
-Churches & Political Groups $200.00
Payment is due with the application.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN INFORMATION:
-All vendors must check in at one of the four corners between 7:00-8:00 am.
-Volunteers will help move your items to your booth. You then must move your vehicle off-site.
-The four unloading locations are Walnut/Church, Church/Chestnut, Chestnut/Union, and Walnut/Union. Streets will be closed down for the event so please adhere to unloading times with volunteers who will let you in.
-The booth must be claimed and set up by 8:00 am. The committee requests all vendors remain open/set up until 4:00 pm. No one is allowed to break down before 4 pm. In the event of an emergency, you must notify a festival official. Once festival officials have been notified, and with permission, a vendor that has to leave will be packed up and “walked out”.
OTHER DETAILS:
-The event occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain, heat, or cold. Please bring tent weights to secure your tent. No staking is allowed in the park. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or close early due to extreme weather.
-All vendor fees are non-refundable.
-The vendor is responsible for leaving their area in the condition it was originally received and removing all boxes and trash.
-We reserve the right to limit vendors and/or types of vendors to avoid duplication or violation of our code of conduct. In the instance that your application is denied, any deposits left via credit card will be refunded via check in the mail and may take up to 3-4 weeks.
-There is no electrical service available
Note:
Waiver: Clinton Olde Home Day reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee would be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save, and hold harmless the Town of Clinton, their respective officers, agents, board members, and staff. Volunteers, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of god, vandalism, or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by the Town of Clinton or any of the sponsoring agents. Exhibitors/vendors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting are, and maintenance of exhibitors’ property. Any vendor not holding valid liability insurance exhibits at their own risk and assumes liability.
