EVENT INFORMATION:
Olde Home Day will be held both Friday and Saturday. Free admission to the public. A Town of Clinton tradition for over twenty five years! Please read all of the attached information & complete the attached form for consideration of being a food vendor at this year’s Olde Home Days.
Clinton’s Public Health Department (PHD) inspector, John McNally, can be reached at 978-365-4116 or via email jmcnally@clintonma.gov. A Food Permit is required and all food vendors are responsible for the fee and completion. All vendors will be approved according to their applications.
All food trucks must provide a certificate of liability insurance and name the Town of Clinton as an additional insured on the policy.
For priority registration and advertising consideration, your certificate of liability insurance, payment, and food permit must be received/secured by Monday, August 10th, 2026.
Please return the completed registration form to secure your food offerings as soon as possible.
Each food vendor must speak with BOH regarding their permit. THE FOOD PERMIT IS SEPARATE FROM THE OHD FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION. Both the BOH permit & the OHD Food Vendor application may be downloaded HERE.
We will make every effort to avoid duplication of main food/drink items. There may be some cross-over of drinks and sides at the discretion of the committee. Any additional items to be sold or given out must have committee approval.
A Serve/Safe Food Inspector (from Clinton’s PHD) will be on-site Friday & Saturday before the start of the event to ensure proper safety, heating, and cleanliness requirements are met.
No sales other than food are allowed in the food court. Absolutely no soliciting outside your booth/truck.
OHD IS A NON-SMOKING EVENT. CLINTON'S PARKS ARE SMOKE FREE.
The Olde Home Days Committee reserves the right to reject an application if deemed not appropriate for the event and also reserves the right to remove any vendor/organization that does not abide by these & regulations
Pets are not permitted unless required by ADA.
BOOTH INFORMATION:
Vendor area is approximately 10' x 20'. Food Vendors are placed in our Food Court on Church Street – the entrance is from Chestnut Street. (additional space is available for $20 per foot).
FEE INFORMATION:
All food vendors are $100.00 plus applicable Board of Health Permit.
Beer & Wine: $275.00. This will be a separate fee from food booths.
No refunds will be available unless your application is declined. .
Olde Home Days is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds/reimbursements will be made.
Payment is due with the application.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN INFORMATION:
Staggered Set-Up Times:
Friday: 1:30 - 2:30 PM - Food Trucks - - 2:30 - 3:30 PM - Tent and Civic Groups
Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00 AM - Food Trucks - - 10:00 - 11:00 AM - Tent and Civic Groups
Breakdown should not begin before 9:00 PM on Friday and 5:00 PM on Saturday; unless prior approval from the coordinator.
Vendors are responsible for their canopies, tents, tables, chairs, etc. Tents must have weights.
No grease or other liquids dumped into storm drains or on grass is allowed.
Please keep and leave your area clean. Barrels and trash bags will be stationed throughout the area. A dumpster will be available for your use, and volunteers will assist in empty barrels throughout the event.
OHD will not provide access to electricity.
OTHER DETAILS:
Two-Day participation in the food court is required.
The event occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain, heat, or cold. Please bring tent weights to secure your tent. No staking is allowed in the park. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or close early due to extreme weather.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
The vendor is responsible for leaving their area in the condition it was originally received and removing all boxes and trash.
We reserve the right to limit vendors and/or types of vendors to avoid duplication or violation of our code of conduct. In the instance that your application is denied, any deposits left via credit card will be refunded via check in the mail and may take up to 3-4 weeks.
There is no electrical service available
Completing this application does not immediately accept you to set up. Applications must be approved by OHD committee.
